This Refund Policy applies to all paid course enrollments on itechnets.com. Purchases are processed via third-party gateways. Refunds are credited to the original method (less gateway fees where non-recoverable).
Refund Eligibility and Tiers
Refunds are based on course commencement date (announced start of live sessions or full access grant for self-paced):
- 100% full refund: Requested in writing at least 48 hours before commencement of a class, course, session, training or whichever title is suitable in context.
- 70% refund: Requested within first two calendar days after commencement.
- 50% refund: Requested after second week begins (day 8+ post-commencement).
- No refund: After second week ends, or for any request thereafter.
Key Rules
- Attendance/absence in live sessions is irrelevant to a refund. The policy applies uniformly to attendees and absentees.
- It applies regardless of progress, certificate earned, or dissatisfaction (except fraud/misrepresentation by us).
- No refunds for individual modules, add-ons, or partial access.
- Excludes gateway fees, taxes, or discounts applied.
- Abuse (e.g., repeated enroll-refund cycles) may result in denial or account suspension.
Request Process
Submit to support@itechnets.com with order ID, reason (optional), and proof. We review within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed in 15-90 business days. Third-party purchases follow their policy.
International Variations
- EU/UK users: Statutory 14-day withdrawal right (if applicable to digital services) may override if no content accessed. Inform us immediately.
- CCPA/CPRA: No additional refund rights beyond policy unless required.
- Pakistan: Consumer protection principles apply. Disputes may be handled via local forums.
Exceptions
Full refund applies if the course is canceled by us.
